Basically, you have to hold one end of the cable up next to a metal terminal to find out how much of the cable coating you need to strip off. Afterward, you have to place the cut end of the cable into the strip head of a fiber optic stripper. Then, you squeeze the handles of the stripper and pull the cable out to remove the outer coating. Like the previous step, you have to repeat this for the other end of the cable.

Make sure you get to clean the stripped fiber with alcohol and lint-free wipes. This is crucial because it helps ensure that your terminal will get a clean wire strip. Plus, you have to make sure that the fiber doesn’t touch anything.

Part 2: Splicing the fiber optic cable back together

First, you have to insert the stripped ends into metal terminals. Basically, you have to slide one cut, stripped end of the fiber optic cable all the way into a metal terminal until it you reach the end of the equipment. Plus, you have to see the end of the cable on the other side of the terminal. Repeat this step for the other cut, stripped end of the cable.

Squeeze the handles of the fiber optic crimper to crimp the terminal onto the cable. Afterward, you have to do this again for the other metal terminal on the other cut end of the cable.

Next, you need to slide the crimped metal terminals into an inline connector. In order to do this, you have to push one of the crimped metal terminals all the way into the hole on one side of an inline connector. Once you hear it click into place, repeat this process for the other end of the cable.

Lastly, you have to snap the inline connector’s cover into place to secure the cable ends together. All you need to do is press the rectangular cover onto the inline connector. Push this all the way until you hear it snap into place. Tug both ends to make sure they will stay in place if they are pulled on.

Fixing fiber optic cable with heat

If you’re planning to follow the second method, you basically have to perform the next steps. The difference is how you splice or fuse the cables together.

First, you have to install the new heat-shrink tubing before cleaving. This step helps the prevention of contamination. You simply have to slide it off to one side until the fiber joins. Next, open the fusing device and align the fibers. Take note, though, that there are different channels for different sizes of wire.

Then, close the tool and activate the electric arc in order to fuse the ends together, creating one fiber optic cable. Bulacan is a first-class province in Central Luzon. It is a melting pot of past and present, the old and the new, the countryside, and the cityscape. Indeed, the economy of Bulacan is dynamic. This sprawling province boasts a rich history of heroism and development.

In fact, the province consists of three component cities namely Meycauayan, San Jose del Monte, and the provincial capital, Malolos City. Meanwhile, Bulacan municipalities include Angat, Balagtas, Baliuag, Bocaue, Bulacan, Bustos, Calumpit, Doña Remedios, Guiguinto, Hagonoy, Marilao, Norzagaray, Obando, Pandi, Paombong, Plaridel, Pulilan, San Ildefonso, Santa Maria, San Miguel, San Rafael, and Trinidad.

As of 2020, the province has a total population of 3.7 million. It ranks third behind Cebu and Cavite as the most populous with San Jose del Monte as Bulacan’s most populous city, followed by Santa Maria and Don Remedios Trinidad.

Bulacan is also renowned for its high-quality workmanship, which is evident in its booming industries. And as a prominent choice for international and local investments, the province continues to play a key role in the country’s march to growth. Known as the “Rice Bowl of the Philippines” or “Rice Granary of the Philippines”, it is the country’s largest rice producer. And aside from rice, the province’s wide and lush plains are ideal for producing virtually any type of agricultural product. Bataan, Zambales, and Aurora all have extensive coastlines that are rich in marine fishing grounds. Forests cover around 45 percent of the region. The provinces of Zambales and Bulacan are rich in gold, silver, chrome, limestone, marble, clay, sand, and gravel.

3. Fireworks Manufacturing

When we talk about fireworks manufacturing, Bulacan is the first place to come to mind. Bocaue, Bulacan is dubbed, “the pyrotechnics capital of the Philippines”. In general, the province houses around 500 businesses in line with pyrotechnic, with the majority located in Bocaue, Sta. Maria, Baliuag, and other surrounding towns of the province. Bulacan manufacturers and dealers expanded fast relative to other provinces due to the significant profits earned. On average, the months of May and December see the largest demand for pyrotechnics due to fiestas, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve celebrations.

Bulacan manufacturers participated in the VIII Macau International Fireworks Display Competition, which included 11 nations and rated the Philippines fourth. It established that pyrotechnics produced in Bulacan meet the standards of worldwide experts. Local consumers choose Bulacan-made pyrotechnics above others due to its high-quality products.

4. Electronics and communications technology

Bulacan produces a diverse range of high-value crops, including fruits, vegetables, root crops, ornamentals, and industrial crops. Some of its major crops include rice, corn, vegetables, and fruits such as mangoes. Regrettably, the majority of its farmers appear to be aware and simply wish to cultivate rice. Each year, despite their declining profits, our farmers continue to cultivate this crop. On the other hand, the few farmers who cultivate do so using old and conventional techniques.

7. Garments
