Diabetes and heart disease can be caused by consuming too much of them. Juices made from fresh fruits and vegetables are a better option. But water is still an excellent drink for staying hydrated and satisfied, so make sure you include it in your regimen!

Keeping in touch is vital because humans are social creatures. The lack of physical interaction can be mentally taxing.  

This prolonged loss of face-to-face contact and communication may be difficult, especially for people who live alone.
